— Reorganisation of the Klais organ (1954) —
Substantial dirt and the normal aches and pains required a clean and overhaul of the 1954 Klais organ.
For example, all membranes were renewed and the organ was fundamentally re-voiced. In the course of this re-voicing, the Prinzipal 2′ on the positive division was exchaged with the Hohlflöte 2′ located in the Great division. To expand the possibilities of the existing sequencer system, we have retrofitted appropriate sequencer buttons.
Thanks to thoughtfully designed lighting, we were able to optically enhance the instrument without much effort. With this illumination, the organ can now set a very special accent on special occasions.
